Brief outline of Commercial WAMMI Service

Please start by sending me a brief email outlining your proposed use of WAMMI: Jurek Kirakowski, jzk@uxp.ie.

After consultation, a special landing page will be created for you, called
wammi.uxp.ie/xxx
...or whatever you wish the landing page to be, other than "xxx".

Please look at wammi.uxp.ie/en and decide which (if any) of the top and bottom questions you want to use, to see changed or added to.

You are strongly advised to retain the last two questions at the bottom ("what's good" and "what needs changing"), they often provide valuable specific information the rest of the questionnaire does not catch.

You can have the following question types:

1. free text (like the last two on the existing page)
2. radio buttons (like the previous two before them)
3. checkbox items (select any of many)

If you want a logo on the top left, please send a .gif file. Not necessary but some clients like it.

If you are going to ask additional questions that may identify the respondent as a person, we will need to modify the ethical compliance statement at the top.

All these issues can be worked out in an exchange of emails, and a test site will be generated so you can see the result. Once you are satisfied with the test site, we can make it go online.
